Payment
Sweets & Treats Boutique currently only accepts PayPal as payment. You do not need an account to use this method. Simply click on the Continue link in the left hand column next to "Don't have a PayPal Account?". From there, just follow the checkout information to process your payment.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via First Class mail. Orders are usually shipped within three business days after receipt of payment. Time of delivery depends on your location in comparison to our store in Louisiana. You must contact us as soon as possible if you need your order shipped any sooner or via a faster, more costly method. On average, international orders take between 2-4 weeks from date of shipment to arrive to their destination. Please order in enough time for your order to be processed through customs to avoid any unforeseen delays.
Additionally, unless specified otherwise insurance will not be added to orders and Sweets & Treats Boutique is not responsible for lost shipments. PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED VIA PAYPAL RECEIPT, NOT ON THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED IN YOUR SWEETS & TREATS WEBSITE ACCOUNT.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the food associated nature of these items, and the sanitary concerns therein, Sweets & Treats Boutique cannot accepts returns or offer refunds/exchanges once the order leaves the warehouse.
Cancellations
All pending orders will be cancelled 48 hours after being placed so stock can be entered back into the system for customer purchase. If your order has been cancelled, feel free to place the items back in your cart and complete checkout.
